Business & Organisations
Bringing awareness, balance and purposeful action into organisational life
An organisation is more than its strategy, structure or results.
It is a living system of people, relationships, decisions and rhythms. The way responsibility is shared, how teams respond to pressure and how ideas become action all influence what an organisation is capable of creating.
When challenges arise, we often address them separately. Yet recurring tensions, stalled projects or constant urgency may be expressions of deeper patterns in the way the organisation functions.
Drawing on Taoist principles of Yin and Yang, my approach explores these relationships to understand where greater clarity, balance or a change in rhythm may be needed.
The aim is not simply to do more, but to recognise what will allow the organisation to function more effectively.
Three ways to work together
Every organisation is at a different stage, and the support it needs will evolve over time.
The Organisational Rhythm Assessment offers a focused starting point to recognise patterns and clarify priorities. Ongoing Advisory provides regular perspective and guidance as you navigate decisions and challenges, while the Annual Partnership creates space for deeper, sustained organisational development.
Each pathway offers a different level of engagement, allowing you to begin with what is most appropriate for your organisation today.
Find the path that meets you where you are.

A moment to step back and see the wider picture
When you're deeply involved in running a business, it can be difficult to distinguish between the challenges demanding immediate attention and the patterns creating them.
The Organisational Rhythm Assessment offers a dedicated space to look at your organisation from a different perspective.
During one private 90-minute session, we explore your current situation, leadership dynamics, decision-making and the way work moves through your organisation.
We pay particular attention to the relationship between Yin and Yang: where action may be overtaking reflection, where preparation may be delaying progress, and where responsibilities or resources may be out of balance.
Together, we explore:
Your most pressing organisational challenges.
Recurring tensions or obstacles affecting progress.
Leadership responsibilities and decision-making.
The balance between planning, action and integration.
Practical priorities and possible next steps.
You'll complete a short questionnaire before our conversation so we can make the most of our time together.
What you take away
A clearer perspective on your organisation's current situation, the patterns that deserve attention and practical directions to consider.
This is a standalone session. You do not need to commit to ongoing support.
Format: One private 90-minute online session

A regular space to think clearly and act with greater precision
Leading a business means continually navigating changing circumstances.
Decisions must be made, opportunities evaluated, relationships maintained and challenges addressed. Yet the pace of daily operations can leave little room to examine the wider patterns influencing those decisions.
Ongoing Organisational Advisory creates a regular space to reflect on what is happening and respond with greater awareness.
Through two private online sessions each month, we work with the real situations emerging in your organisation.
Our conversations may explore:
Leadership decisions and competing priorities.
Growth, transition and organisational change.
Team relationships and the distribution of responsibility.
Projects that are losing momentum or becoming unnecessarily complex.
Finding the appropriate balance between action, reflection and integration.
Rather than following a fixed programme, our work responds to the needs of your business as they evolve.
The intention is to help you recognise patterns sooner, make more conscious decisions and develop a healthier relationship with responsibility, timing and action.

Annual Organisational Partnership
Creating the conditions for meaningful, lasting development
Some organisational challenges are not isolated problems.
They are patterns that have developed over time, through established habits, relationships, expectations and ways of working.
Changing these patterns often requires continuity: the opportunity to observe what is happening, experiment with different approaches and integrate what is learned into everyday organisational life.
The Annual Organisational Partnership offers a longer-term relationship for leaders who want to explore how their organisation functions and develop more conscious ways of leading and working together.
Areas of focus may include:
Leadership development and conscious stewardship.
The relationship between organisational purpose and everyday decisions.
Responsibility, delegation and collaboration.
Recurring patterns affecting communication and progress.
The rhythm of planning, execution, reflection and renewal.
Supporting the organisation through growth and transition.
The work unfolds in response to your organisation's circumstances rather than through a rigid formula.
Over time, the intention is to strengthen your capacity to recognise what is needed, respond more appropriately to changing conditions and create an organisation that is less dependent on constant intervention.
Duration: Twelve months
Investment: CHF 2,500 per monthWe begin with a conversation to understand your organisation and explore whether this level of partnership is appropriate.
