Organisational Rhythms Based on Lunar and Solar Cycles
A Taoist framework for modern leadership, rooted in Yin & Yang, lunar cycles, and solar cycles.
This course helps founders, leaders, and teams move away from constant urgency and build more sustainable ways of working.
Learn how to improve timing, reduce burnout, create nervous system safety, and structure work around natural rhythms.
Why this matters
Most organisations are built around constant output, pressure, and speed.
Very little space is left for reflection, recovery, integration, or better timing.
The result is often:
burnout
team friction
unclear priorities
reactive decision-making
constant urgency
Organisational Rhythms introduces a different way of working.
What you will learn
How Yin & Yang show up in teams, projects, and leadership
How to create rhythm instead of constant urgency
How to work with lunar phases internally:
align, act, adjust, reflectHow to work with solar phases externally:
initiate, expand, consolidate, closeHow to improve timing, communication, and decision-making
How to create more sustainable performance
Choose your level of support
Whether you want to start exploring the framework, implement it with guidance, or bring it into your whole team, there is an entry point designed for you.

How it all began
I never set out to become a burnout specialist. However, over the past decade, more and more people walked into my Traditional Chinese Medicine practice in a state of burnout—drained, overwhelmed, and searching for balance. I quickly realised that while I could help each person on their individual journey, the deeper problem was much bigger. Burnout wasn’t just happening on a personal level; it was a collective issue rooted in the way we structure our lives and organisations.
It became clear to me that if we didn’t make fundamental changes at the core of how we organise ourselves—both in our work and in how we interact with the natural world—we would never achieve the balance we so desperately need. Just as we’re depleting ourselves, we’re also depleting the natural resources of the planet. This course is my way of sharing what I’ve learned from ancient wisdom, so we can create more sustainable rhythms within our organisations, and align ourselves with the natural cycles that have always guided us.

What if the way you work is out of sync with how energy actually moves?
This lesson introduces the core principles of Yin and Yang — a simple, powerful lens to understand balance, decision-making, and energy in your work.
You’ll begin to see:
– how imbalance shows up in your daily work
– where you tend toward action or hesitation
– how these patterns shape your team and projects
This is a first step toward working with more clarity, better timing, and a more sustainable use of your energy.
Explore the method
You’ve learned the principles — now see how they apply in real organisational life.
This lesson takes Yin and Yang beyond theory and into how teams, projects, and decisions actually function.
You’ll learn to recognise:
– when work becomes reactive, pressured, or driven (excess Yang)
– when things slow down, stall, or lose direction (excess Yin)
– how to restore balance to improve clarity, flow, and outcomes
Through practical examples and applied exercises, you’ll begin to adjust these dynamics in real time.
This is where understanding becomes application —
and where your way of working starts to shift.
